By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You understand and agree to our refund policy.
  • Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).
  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery.
  • We offer fast and convenient shipping. Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase, on business days only (Monday-Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time for your items is 3-5 business days.
  • All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.
  • To prevent shipping delays, please provide matching shipping & billing addresses.
  • Haus of Royalty Hair is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. VIP insurance is available for purchase. Claims related to lost packages, for which the carrier supplies photographic proof of delivery, cannot be guaranteed.
